Is there anything better than accidentally discovering a delicious new restaurant? I did just that when I stumbled upon En Hakkore, a Korean restaurant in Bucktown!
This place doesn’t mess around. with it’s simple menu and amazing food. En Hakkore’s main dish is Bibimbap, a traditional Korean dish that literally means “mixed rice”. Each bowl comes with sixteen different types of vegetables over rice. Your protein choice is up to you: I went with tofu!
This was an amazing meal-I split a Bibimbap bowl and felt perfectly full without being stuffed. I can’t wait to go back soon!
