This boozy but summery cocktail was inspired by The Girl and the Goat’s Ruby Don’t Love Me cocktail. Don’t be afraid to play around with the combinations depending on how strong you’d like the drink to be! Aperol is a fantastic Italian liqueur that also would be great mixed with prosecco. Knob Creek is my bourbon of choice but the brand is interchangeable based on your preferences. And Peychaud’s bitters are available at any liquor store (i.e. Binny’s!)
