Movement Revolution

As I said here, movement has been CRITICAL to my recovery. And that has translated to me going to Movement Revolution twice a week. It hands down has been instrumental in my recovery.

I’ve worked with Eric (an owner) and Austin. I HATE home workouts; I fail at self motivation. That’s why Movement is so great; I can just show up and get an awesome workout.

Yes personal training is expensive. But to me it’s a worthwhile expense. At the very least, I recommend 1-2 sessions to learn what to do.

During Covid Movement closed BUT in May was deemed an essential service. I plan to go back early June and I cannot wait.
