I hate strength training. I’m a cardio queen but when it comes to strength training…I know it’s important though.
Pre-surgery I did a private Pilates session once a week and classes at my studio every week. I also tried to make yoga classes.
Pre-Covid, I did a core class once a week as well as a Pilates mat class. I did yoga too. During quarantine I made sure to do yoga 2x a week and make 2 days arm days.
At therapy, they have a Pilates reformer and on PT days we make at least 1/3 hours strength stuff. At Movement Revolution, Eric and Austin always build in strength training-TRX, BOSU ball, kettlebell, hand or ankle weights.
It sucks but I also love it. What do you like to do?
