Obviously I’m thankful for Kevin, my parents, all my friends, Glen, the roof over my head, food, and financial/work security.

I’m thankful, especially with Covid, that I’m healthy. Yeah I have this pesky recovery, but otherwise I’m healthy as a horse! (Where did that phrase come from?)

I’m thankful for how supportive Kevin’s family has been. Specifically his sister Jess. She’s an ER doctor and told me I needed imaging. When all this went down she was on vacation with her family but called the ER doctor (Kevin and I heard the page and laughed) and talked on the phone with my surgeon. I do have a flair for dramatics but she possibly saved my life.

I’m thankful the tumor affected my left side. Yes I’m left handed which sucks but I actually do some big stuff with my right hand. Bathroom (sorry if that’s TMI) and eat namely. I cannot imagine having to change those things.

I’m thankful for Movement Revolution. I LOVE going there and I know Eric and Austin will get me walking again.

What are you thankful for?

  1. I’m grateful for our big, crazy family, and for the inspiration I receive from so many members. I’m grateful for good health, and security.
