I love goals and lists. I have a 2021 list. But I know two things about goals. You have to be specific. So “I want to lose weight” is no good; it should be “I’ll go to Soul Cycle 3x a week.” or whatever.
Second, in therapy we used the SMART method-make goals specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-based.
Don’t crap out on your goals!
