365 Days of Gratitude

My speech therapist told me about this amazing project. She’s telling all her clients about this idea-for a year everyday say something you’re grateful for OUT LOUD. It helps practice speech strategies but also my speech therapist shared something may sound reasonable in your head but dumb out loud. So try to start saying things aloud-to yourself is totally fine.
