A really good cup of coffee with sugary creamer. Usually 1 cup in the morning then 1 decaf cup sometime in the day.

Booze o’clock. 1 drink either wine (I’m a chardonnay gal) or a cocktail (yesterday my mom made us really yummy old fashioneds).

Real Housewives of New York City: I’ve watched this show pretty much from the beginning, it’s total garbage and I love it. I just rewatched season 7 on Hulu and the new season started this week.
Long walks: well, long for me. We’re focusing a lot on walking in my Movement Revolution sessions. It’s going amazing and I’m really enjoying longer bouts of walking.
