I’m wrapping up my personal cause series on hunger (read previous posts here, plus here and here) with a pantry staple: canned beans!
Now you can buy dry beans and soak them overnight. If you have that ability more power to you. However as a super planner, I’ve found I just don’t have time for that. Instead I make sure I buy low or no sodium beans and/or make sure I rinse them with water before use.
This is one of favorite soups and freezes beautifully. I forgot to take a picture when we made it, and instead of typing out the recipe I’ve just put it below!
