Work Snacks

When I started working again I was reminded how it brings on the need to eat. I try not to pig out, but I don’t deny myself a snack. My favorites that aren’t totally unhealthy:

Whisps Cheese Crisps: such a yummy savory snack, these have a great crunch and are quite rich so you can’t just easily eat too many.

Kind Minis: I love Kind bars; the nuts make them filling and they salsify a sweet craving. The minis are 90 calories so you can feel ok when you reach for one.
